Problems may not always indicate faults. Check the following once again before requesting repair.

If the problem persists after checking and taking corrective action, or if the cause is unknown, stop
using the air mattress immediately, disconnect the power plug from the outlet, and contact your
distributor (see "Contact Information" on
p. 32
) for repair.
Symptoms and status

Pump does not work
Is the power plug plugged into the
outlet?
Insert the power plug into the outlet.
Is the power lamp OFF?
Hold down the power button for two
seconds.
Has the fuse case loosed?
Tighten the fuse case.
Has the fuse blown?
Replace the fuse.
The Preparing for Use lamp
is on, or the air mattress
does not expand
Is the filter clogged?
Replace the filter. Contact your
distributor (see "Contact Information"
on
p. 32
) for filter replacement.
Is the coupling disconnected from the
pump?
Insert the coupling into the blowing
tube insertion port of the pump.
Is the CPR valve set to "OPEN"?
Turn the plug of the CPR valve to the
"CLOSE" position.
Air is not present in some air
cells
Is the alternate pressure lamp ON?
Since the alternate pressure is set to
ON, the air cells alternately expand
and contract. This is not an error.
Is there a hole in the air cells?
Air cells are damaged. Contact your
distributor (see "Contact Information"
on
p. 32
).
Are the blowing tubes and the air cell
disconnected?
Connect the blowing tubes and the air
cell.
Are the blowing tubes and the coupling
disconnected?
Connect the blowing tubes and the
coupling.
Is the blowing tube bent?
Straighten the blowing tube.
Air cells do not alternately
expand and contract
Is the alternate pressure lamp OFF?
To allow the air cells to alternately
expand and contract, set the alternate
pressure to ON.
Is the max inflate mode lamp ON?
Air cells do not alternately expand and
contract in the max inflate mode. This
is not an error.
Is there a hole in the air cells?
Air cells are damaged. Contact your
distributor (see "Contact Information"
on
p. 32
).
Is the blowing tube bent?
Straighten the blowing tube.
Is the power lamp OFF?
Hold down the power button for two
seconds.
