CAUTION

Pay attention to the following items to make the
best use of excellent body pressure dispersion.
z Consult with an expert to prevent bedsores.
Bedsores cannot be prevented by this air mattress
alone. Full body control (such as nutritional status
control or underlying disease control) is required.
Consult with an expert, such as a doctor, nurse, or
care counselor to prevent bedsores.
z This air mattress is one of the tools for generally
caring for bedsores. This does not eliminate the
need of posture change. Provide care such as
changing posture in conjunction with using this air
mattress.
z
Ensure the pump is used ith stable po er or in

Do not drop the air mattress.
z The coupling could be damaged.
J
Do not use the air mattress while the fastener
of the cover is opened.
z If moisture enters from the opened fastener, mold
may develop.
J
Never use the air mattress if the cover or
padding is stained or damaged.
z Infectious disease may be caused by dirt such as
feces or blood stains.
z If the air mattress is used while the cover is
damaged, or if feces or blood stains are left as is,
they can infiltrate into the inside of the air mattress,
possibly causing infectious disease. If feces or
blood stains get on the surface, immediately wipe

disinfection, and cleaning according to "1.
Maintenance" on p. 17 to p. 19.
z If the cover is damaged, replace it with a new one.

Do not operate the air mattress while an object
is placed on it.
z The object may fall from the air mattress, possibly
causing damage.

The air mattress cannot be cleaned with a
mattress cleaning machine, ozone sterilizer,
autoclave, or washing machine.
z The air mattress or cleaning/sterilizing equipment
could be altered, damaged, or deteriorated.

Do not directly put items having a cooling
function such as an ice pack or refrigerant on
the air mattress.
z If the air mattress is exposed to a sudden
temperature change, condensation could occur
inside. The cover or the inside of the air mattress
could deteriorate due to condensation.
J
Do not apply a spray-type insecticide directly
on the air mattress.
z There is a risk that solvents in the insecticide could
damage, discolor, or dissolve the resin parts of the
pump, etc. Furthermore, damaged or dissolved
parts could cause accidental injury.

Do not forcibly bend the inflated air mattress.
z
This may cause damage and deformation.
J
Do not touch the surface of the air mattress
with sharp objects such as a needle, or do not
use the air mattress with a sharp object in your
pocket.
