Air mattress is too hard
Is the max inflate mode lamp ON?
Since the max inflate mode is set to
ON, the internal pressure of the air
mattress is high. When not necessary,
set it to OFF.
Is the back-raised mode lamp ON?
Since the back-raised mode is set to
ON, the internal pressure of the air
mattress is high. When not necessary,
set it to OFF.
Pump runs and stops
alternately
–
It is working properly. This is not an
error.
Abnormal noise from the
pump Is the pump hooked onto a part that
rattles? Hook the pump onto a part that does
not rattle, or place it.
Contacting the bottom
Is the back section base of the bed
raised while the back-raised mode
lamp is OFF? When raising the back section base of
the bed, set the back-raised mode to
ON.
Is the air mattress user a p
erson
with
a bone projection, hump back, or
lower limb contracture?
If a
user
with bone projection, hump
back, or lower limp contracture
contacts the bottom, use the + button
to adjust the hardness and make sure
that the
user
does not contact the
bottom.
Abnormal odor
Do you perform maintenance
regularly? See "1. Maintenance" on p. 17 to p. 19
and perform maintenance.
