5. After-sales service

1. When requesting repairs
If you encounter trouble, per form troubleshooting according to the procedure described in

“1. Troubleshooting” (see p. 95 to 98) in this instruction manual. If the problem persists after taking
corrective action, disconnect the power plug of the bed from the outlet and turn the battery off, and then
contact Paramount Bed (see Contact Information below) or your distributor.
