Download/upload of the mail template (Maintenance - Mail Template Download/
Upload)

It is possible to download/upload the template of mail to be used for notification mail of event/error occurrence.
Select "Mail Template Download/Upload" under "Maintenance" from the pop-up menu (

page 35).

The "Mail Template Download/Upload" window will be displayed.

Download the mail template

Click the [Alarm Mail] tab or the [Error Mail] tab.
Click the [Download] button and click the [Save] button after designating the destination folder.

Upload the mail template

Click the [Alarm Mail] tab or the [Error Mail] tab.
Click the [Choose File] button and select the template to be uploaded.
Then, click the [Upload] button.

Notes:

• Refer to page 81 for how to edit the contents of the mail.
• It is recommended to download and save the original file as a backup before uploading the template since it will

be overwritten when the template is uploaded.
It is also recommended to download and save it before upgrading the firmware since it will be reset to the default.
