Determination whether to enable or disable the alarm output from the AUDIO
IN/ALARM OUT terminal on the rear of the recorder (Alarm Output Control)
It is possible to determine whether to enable or disable the alarm output from the AUDIO IN/ALARM OUT terminal
on the rear of the recorder.

Select "Alarm Output Control" from the pop-up menu

The "Alarm Output Control" window will be displayed.
Step 1
Check the desired checkbox respective to the terminal
from which the alarm output signal is to be output.
Uncheck the checkbox to stop outputting the alarm out-
put signal.
Step 2
To close from the "Alarm Output Control" window, click
the [

] button at the right top of the window.
Reboot of the recorder (Maintenance – Reboot)
Select "Reboot" under "Maintenance" from the pop-up menu (

page 35).

The confirmation window will be displayed.
When the [OK] button on the confirmation window is clicked, the reconfirm window will be displayed. Click the [OK]
button on the reconfirm window to reboot the recorder. Connect to the recorder again after the reboot since the con-
nection between the recorder and the PC will be disconnected in the process of the reboot.
Important:
Before rebooting the recorder, make sure that the recorder is not in the process of recording, playback and copy-
ing.
