cut into small chunks

cut small into chunks
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
1 clove of garlic, peeled and
crushed

canned tomatoes,

Accessory: crispy pot & lid
Ratatouille
1. Combine all ingredients in the Steam Plus pot. Cover with lid,
place on the glass tray and cook on 1000 W for 20-25 minutes, or
until vegetables are soft. Stir halfway through cooking time.
Season to taste.

drained

potato, diced
500 ml vegetable stock
1 small bunch parsley,
to garnish

Chorizo, Chickpea and Potato Stew
1. Combine all the ingredients in the Steam Plus pot. Cover with lid,
place on the glass tray and cook on 1000 W for 40 minutes, or
until vegetables are soft. Stir halfway through cooking time.
2. Leave to stand for 5 minues before serving. Garnish with parsley.
Season to taste.
