Checking the setting time
Stopping the alarm
Conditions
•
System Time
The system clock must be set before the alarm is set.
•
Timed Reminder message can be recorded by the Manager or an Operator. ("Outgoing
Message (OGM)"). When the alarm is heard, you can hear the message by going off-hook,
if it has been recorded. You hear an intermittent tone (dial tone 3) instead of the message in
the following cases:
a)
A DISA Card is not equipped.
b)
All DISA ports are busy or OUS (Out-of-Service).
•
If other extension user calls your extension when the alarm is sounding, he or she will hear
a busy tone.
•
If you receive an incoming outside call during the alarm, the ringing starts after the alarm
stops.
•
If you are having a conversation at the time the alarm is set to sound, the alarm starts after
the conversation.
Display PT
Dial 762.
Lift the handset or press
SP-PHONE.
Hang up or press
SP-PHONE.
