About communication speed
Symptom Possible Cause Remedy
Communication
speed is slow, or
communication is
interrupted.
Using a noise filtered or
lightning surge power strip.
When using the power strip, please use without a noise
filter, or lightning surge.
Using a long power strip. Use a power strip that has as short a power cord as
possible.
Affected by electric noise
from other electric
appliances.
Some electric appliances generate electric noise. Please
use a power outlet that is as far away from this product as
possible for the following electric appliances.
Example of electric appliances that generate electric noise

Charger (Including mobile phone charger)
·
AC adaptor
(modem, router, laptop PC, etc.)
·
Hair dryer
·
Vacuum cleaner
·
Electric drill
·
Lighting fixtures with dimming function, touch lamps, etc.
·
Inverter lighting
·
Kitchen blender
* Not all devices will necessarily have an impact.
·
To find out which appliances are affecting this product,
unplug the power plugs of the electrical outlets and the
appliances to which the power strips are connected one at
a time and check the communication speed. (Using the
Maintenance Tool)
If the communication speed is improved after unplugging
the power plug, we recommend connecting the electrical
appliance that is affecting this product to a different power
outlet or connecting it to a noise filter.
Communication between
power outlets may not be
possible by the wiring
structure of the power line,
breaker specifications, etc.
Restructure the installation position and add this product
(repeater) to the power line which is the communication
path.
There is a PLC adaptor of
another type in the same
building, and the
communication speed of both
devices are lowered, or it is in
a state where it cannot
communicate.
Please use as far away from this product as possible. Or,
please stop using one of the PLC adaptors.
