Many third-party add-on applications have been designed for
the Palm Computing
®
platform. Unfortunately, we are not
able to support such a large number of third-party
applications. If you are having a problem with a third-party
application, please contact the developer or publisher of that
software.
Software installation problems

When I install Palm
Desktop software I get an
error that a modem is
attached to my serial port,
but there is no modem
attached.
Take your organizer out of the cradle
and install again.
