To eliminate the moisture from the air and make the
area in the cooking chamber drier, there is a special
“outlet” so the vapours can be released.
This vapour “outlet” must never be modified or
connected to piping.
5.2
Use foreseen by the manufacturer
The ovens described in this manual were specifically
built to cook food and to burn small pieces of well
seasoned wood. Any other intended use or any other
type of fuel supply is to be considered improper and
therefore dangerous. This appliance was built in
compliance with technical standards and industry
directives.
