(5) Once the adjustment is completed, the message box (Fig. 3-67) will be displayed. Click "OK" button.
The value after the adjustment will be displayed as shown in Fig. 3-68.

(6) By clicking "OK" button, the window will return to the window shown in Fig. 3-64. Click "Cancel"
button to exit "Init AGC".
CAUTION: "Init AGC" may not be executed if an error exists in the flow rate
measurement.
