3.6.2.1 Flow (parameter setting related to flow rate)
(1) Click "Setup (S)" from the menu, and then click on "Flow" from the drop-down list of "Fld dev vars".
(2) The following window (Fig. 3-30) will be displayed.

(2) The following window (Fig. 3-29) will be displayed. Here, it is possible to check the internal diameter
of measuring tube.
