Attention! If there is no connection between the basic device and "zone expander",
only the basic device and the connected “zone expanders” can be disarmed.
Arming will not be possible until the connection of the basic device with all the “zone
expanders” is recovered.
Attention! When confguring the device, selecting of “Use short protocol” check box
will reduce the number of connected expanders to three.
15. “MPB-8” relay output module
“MPB-8” relay outputs module is designed to enhance the functional capabilities of the
burglar alarm system; it allows enabling or disabling of equipment in the facility, as well as to
duplicate the status of zones and events occurred by means of eight built-in relays.
Only one "MPB-8" module can be connected to the Control Panel. The module shall
be connected to TM terminal with the foiled twisted pair (see Figure 13).
The function of each output of the module (relay) is set individually, when confguring the
module using “Confgurator” program.
The following functions of each of the relay outputs of "MPB-8" module are supported:

Not used;
●
Repeater of zone 1...8;
●
Armed – as an output arming signal;
●
Main power failure – as an output signal of the main power supply fault;
●
Discharged battery – as an output signal of standby power supply fault.
