Using your phone book – corded phone
Delete a phone book entry or all entries
1. Press
to open the phone book.
2. Scroll using
or
to find the entry you want to delete and press
.
3. Scroll using
or
until delete or delete all is located in the middle of the display and
press
.
4. Press
to confirm or , to cancel.
Copy phone book entries to another phone
note:
You can only copy the phone book to another phone if that phone is registered on your phone
system. See page 74.
It’s easy to copy:
•
a single entry (Copy entry)
•
entries not already on the handset you’re copying to (Copy append)
•
all entries (Copy all)
