Step 3. Go to the System > Service > Temperature menu of the CFPP Head
Step 4. Connect the decade box and calibration cable with the CFPP Head. Set
the decade box to -100 ºC. (Alternatively, connect the -100 ºC precision
resistor to the Head.)
Step 5. In the “LOW TEMPERATURE POINT” box, enter -100 in the ºC field (or
the corresponding values in the ºF or
Ω field). (image 29)
Step 6. Press “CALIBRATE”. The difference in “send” value and “read” value will
be automatically entered as offset in the green field, and stored inside the
Head.
Step 7. Repeat step 4 – 6 but with set value of 100 ºC.
Step 8. When ready, press “DONE” to exit the menu.

6.3.2 CFPP Head vacuum calibration
Step 1. Assemble the CFPP Head as described in Chapter 1.3, but skip step 6
“connecting vacuum hose”. Place the Head in the ColdBlock.
Step 2. Go to the System > Service > Vacuum menu of the CFPP Head (image
30) .
Step 3. Connect the “MASS-VIEW MV-301” Flow regulator (image 31) .
