Vacuum profile:
Press “+” to add the first vacuum profile step.
TIP! For most common CFPP methods there should be only one step of 2 kPa
constant, as shown in image 20.

Vacuum: set pressure for sample aspiration (for most methods this should
be 2 kPa or the equivalent in mmHg / mBar).

Condition: determines the condition under which the above set pressure
value will active.

Pressing the

symbol gives a few different condition options:
o
CONST: during aspiration the pressure will be constant.
o
sec.: From start of aspiration the pressure value will be active for a
time set in seconds (in this case the amount of second must be set
in the conditions box)
o
END: Only applicable after a step where above-mentioned seconds
are set. After this previous condition is finished, the set pressure
value will be active until the end of the aspiration.
After entering the settings, press DONE to create the step and exit the menu.
