Example 2:
AOL0223X is connected to the power supply and to the camera.
Commands are sent through RS232 signals.
The output signal of the AOL0223X is used to let the camera know that the system is
ready for the acquisition. Remember that this signal is OPTOISOLATED, therefore, for
example, the “D” can be connected to the camera power supply (or directly to
the 24V if the camera is 24V tolerant) and “DIG_OUT -” to the TRIGGER IN of the camera.
Example 3:
AOL0223X is connected to the power supply, to the camera and to the PC.
The communication is based on TCP/IP protocol via Ethernet to the PC.
In this case, digital control is implemented to find the best focus: MOVE/STOP and
DIRECTION signals (described in Paragraph 11.7) are connected directly to the input
pins of the AOL0223X.
The output signal (OPTOISOLATED) is used to trigger the image acquisition. Please refer
to the previous example for the configuration of the optoisolated output signal.
