Operation

DUALWATCH/TRI-WATCH

Description

The transceiver has Dualwatch and Tri-watch.
Dualwatch monitors Channel 16 while you are receiving on another
channel.
Tri-watch monitors Channel 16 and the Call channel while receiving on
another channel.

1. Press and hold [CH/WX] for 1 second to start Dualwatch or Tri-
watch.
“DW” blinks during Dualwatch; “TW” blinks during Tri-watch.
A beep tone sounds and “16” blinks when a signal is received
on Channel 16.
2. Press [CH/WX] again to cancel Dualwatch or Tri-watch.
