Installation on G4 Cabinets

External Return Bin Installation and Service Guide

Installing on the Anesthesia Workstation (AWS G4)

The ERB on the AWS G4 is installed on the right side. The bracket is attached to

adjustable

mounting bars

.

The AWS G4 has two installation heights. The procedure for attaching the ERB is slightly different
for each. Typically, the ERB is installed in the upper position. It is installed in the lower position if
the AWS has an optional worksurface installed.

Attaching the ERB in the Upper Position

1. Adjust the upper mounting bar on the right side of the AWS G4.

The top bar should be at least 4-1/2 inches down from the bottom edge of the worksurface.

a. Use a 1/4” Allen key to loosen the

5/16” set screw

on both ends of the bar.

b. Slide the bar into position.

c. Retighten the screws.
