Adjustments & Setup
The two lateral parts of the preheating are connected to the chain guides of the film advancement
device. By adjusting the film advancement device, the two sides of the preheating unit are also
automatically adjusted
For the fine adjustment of the part of the edge to be heated, there are two knobs "7" on the
external side of the preheating device as shown in the following image. Using the knob "7" it is
possible to reduce the distance "X" between the edge of the film "8" and the drilling axis "9". The
ideal "X" distance to allow a correct perforation of the film is
15mm
. Smaller distances could
compromise normal automatic cycle execution.
