Set up for the power intensity of ceramic heating elements.
You will find this screen by pushing the panel superior or inferior buttons in heating page.
The button is located in the upper heating panel section. These pages contain synoptic tables
about resistance positions and the percentages of each zone for a better heating control. By
pressing the chosen zone to modify, it will go up or down by the percentage setup in the upper
page of the heating system. Same thing for increasing or decreasing the percentage. It is setup by
the button on the right side of the percentage setting. By pressing on it, you will toggle between
–
or +.
Each zone is fully independent. For example, the thermocouple zone is set at 50% value for the
entire panel and a single resistance is set at 50% by the operator, it means that the resistance
works in reality at 25%.
Note
: The new settings are becoming effective only when you SAVE and leave the heating page.
That is the only way that the plc can transmit the new values to the heating boards system.
