Security Requirements: General Considerations
Access to dangerous areas
The machine is equipped with fixed and mobile guards to prevent access to dangerous areas. The
mobile guards are also equipped with safety switches connected to the safety circuit. To carry out
cleaning and maintenance operations, the machine is equipped with a consent switch integrated in
the safety system.
Electrical system
The machine is equipped with a sectioning device, the drives are all interlocked by the safety
system of the control system, the electrical panels are equipped with switches to release the
sectioning device.
Pneumatic system
The hoses are installed to avoid the contact of moving or hot parts. The movement is carried out
with adequate mobile chain systems.
Hydraulic system
The hoses are installed to avoid the contact of moving or hot parts. The movement is carried out
with adequate mobile chain systems. The pipes installed are suitable for avoiding predictable fluid
leaks.
Precautions for emergencies
The machine is equipped with stop switches near the loading, unloading and control areas. The
safety system activated by one or more stop switches prevents all movements except for the return
of the heaters to prevent a possible fire.
Noise
The machine is equipped with anti-vibration feet and silencers.
Hot surfaces
The hot parts of the machine are located inside guards and indicated by a special sign.
