Main manifold
All the systems that are using the cooling are hook up to the same place. From this location, you
can turn on or off some cooling systems if needed for maintenance or for process. An
automatic
valve
is opening the water system to the mold in automatic cycle. It is shutting it down to avoid
mold to freeze when machine is in standby mode.
If needed some manual buttons to turn automatic valve on or off, are present on the main page for
the mold system, the rail chains and the trim press cooling.
The mould valve is active automatically in automatic cycle instead rail chains valve and trim press
cooling valve are activated when the heaters of the ovens and the die cut, are respectively on.
