This scenario calls the electronic directory,
asks for information about the company
Olitec, creates a file, captures the screen,
then hangs up.
You can use this example to create your own
connection scenarios.
You can also create a scenario by using the
Tutorial mode.
Tutorial mode
This option allows essential operations to be
saved when connecting to a server. To do this,
you just have to specify the name of the
scenario in the Scenario box of the
Comm-
Call menu.
You are now ready to follow Tutorial mode.
Start the connection by clicking on Dial.
Wait for the connection then the welcome
page. Choose the service you require. In the
meantime OLICOM has saved everything you
have typed in the file.
Be careful not to make any mistakes, OLICOM
will repeat them.
To quit the Tutorial mode, click on End of
Tutorial in the Scenario menu.
The scenario that you have saved in Tutorial
mode can be modified by using OLICOM
editor.
To operate a scenario it must first be
compiled i.e. made operational for OLICOM.
Use the Editor/Compiler included with
OLICOM.
The source file has the extension PRO. The
compiled file will have the extension RUN.
