If inter-character clearance is defined while the High Speed
Draft (HSD) mode is selected, additional blank dot columns
will be suppressed.
The HSD mode will be suppressed during proportional print
mode.

20H – 7FH
80H – AFH
E0H – F3H
F6H – FFH
Other areas will not be printed in High Speed draft mode.
