the values mentioned above.

Additional details:
Can be used with any character pitch.
Although dot spacing remains unchanged, double width
mode produces half as many characters per inch for any
pitch.
Double width characters are algorithmically produced.
When Helvetia typestyle is selected with both double width
and double height set, a separate bitmap will be used for
the standard ASCII characters (20H – 7FH).
