Programs and Features
The PRO310 features 8 built-in programs to keep your workouts interesting:
Preset resistance programs:
Manual—Random—Interval—Custom Interval—10K
Heart rate controlled programs: Fat Burn—Cardio—Heart Rate Interval—Heart Rate Custom
Interval—Heart Rate Speed Interval
Programs begin with a warm-up to ease your body into your intense workout. During the warm-up, the
resistance increases each minute.
Preset resistance programs incorporate a three-minute warm-up during which resistance increases two
levels per minute. Heart rate controlled programs include a warm-up which lasts three minutes or until
you reach your target heart rate; then your selected program begins. Increasing or decreasing the Level
changes the target heart rate.
You choose the program that best fits your workout needs for any given day. You decide how hard to work
by setting the resistance level and time for each program. Three programs—Manual, Custom Interval,
Custom Heart Rate Interval—give you even more flexibility to program your workout your way.
