Specifies the default ink-palette. It is used when the actual ink-reference does not 
supply an ink-palette-name.

Restriction:
This DJDE is gracefully ignored in this version of the LCDS-Module, so the sys-
tem is not able to modify / redefine the PALETTE by DJDE.
For restrictions see also 6.3.2 Restrictions.

form-id

This is the name of a file cataloged in the FRM directory. It is created by compiling 
a file of forms source commands, called a JSL, with the FDL compiler. 
The RFORM parameter is not allowed in a ROUTE command which is being de-
fined as a cataloged file but is specified in the ROUTE command in the JSL in-
voking the cataloged RTEXT file.
