Viewing counters
You can view the following counters.
Total Print Shows the total number of copies, fax receptions, lists and PC
printouts made.
Copy Shows the total number of copies printed.
Fax/List Shows the total number of fax receptions and lists printed.
PC Print Shows the total number of printouts.
Total Scan Shows the total number of scanned pages.
Copy Shows the total number of copy scans.
Fax Shows the total number of fax scans.
PC Scan Shows the total number of PC scans.

> to toggle between the total printed and scanned pages.

NOTE: Each count shows the total number of pages plus 1 regardless of the paper size which
you set for each job.

NOTE: Only for the total scan counter, if the sheets you have scanned are leger-sized, the
machine will count 2 pages for each sheet. If the documents are legal-sized, the
machine will count 5 pages for every 4 sheets.
Press <Enter> and then < q > or < p > to show the counter for “Copy”, “Fax/List”, or
“PC Scan”.
