at its base lies on the top of the comma on the bladder hinge flaps.

Center the seal so that the center of the gap between the two gate
panels is parallel to the center of the interpanel seal. Do not center
the interpanel seal parallel to the gap between the hinge flaps.
3.
With the interpanel seal centered, mark the seal with a straight line
1/8” (6mm) outside the end of each hinge flap for cutting.
