Once the bladder fitting is exposed (reference 123):

1.

Cover male side of ½” street elbow with thread sealant. Cover brass
½” hose barb with thread sealant. Thread the two pieces together
very tightly.

2.

Thread the male side of the ½” street elbow into the bottom of the
bladder fitting very tightly. Try to end with the hose barb facing
downstream (towards the air pipe)

Fold bladders back in this direction
(side to side) to expose air fitting.
