  Vérifier que les grilles d’aspiration et/ou de dissipation ne soient pas bou-

chées, en particulier celles du chauffe-tasses.

• 

Le câble d'alimentation de cet appareil ne doit pas être remplacé par l'utilisateur. 

En cas d’endommagement du câble, éteindre l’appareil et le faire remplacer 

uniquement par un technicien qualifié.

• 

Si le cordon d'alimentation doit être remplacé, cette opération doit être effec-

tuée exclusivement par un centre d’assistance agréé ou par le fabricant.

• 

L'alimentation du dispositif doit être effectuée avec de l’eau adéquate pour la 

consommation humaine conformément aux dispositions en vigueur dans le 

pays d'installation. L’installateur doit recevoir de la part du propriétaire/gé-

rant de l’installation, une confirmation écrite indiquant que l’eau respecte les 

caractéristiques susmentionnées.

• 

Pour les machines avec raccordement au réseau d'eau, la pression minimale 

doit être de 2 bar et, en outre, la pression maximale pour le bon fonctionne-

ment de la machine ne doit pas dépasser 4 bar.

• 

Ça température de fonctionnement doit être comprise entre [+5, +30]°C.

• 

Au terme de l’installation, le dispositif doit être actionné jusqu’à ce qu’il at-

teigne la condition nominale de travail en le laissant en condition de “prêt au 

fonctionnement”. Lorsqu’on atteint la condition “prêt au fonctionnement”, ef-

fectuer les distributions suivantes:

• 

100% du circuit café à travers le distributeur de café (pour plusieurs distribu-

teurs, diviser en mesures égales);

• 

100% du circuit de l'eau chaude à travers le distributeur d’eau (pour plu-

sieurs distributeurs, diviser en mesures égales); 

• 

Ouverture de la sortie vapeur pendant 1 minute.

Au terme de l’installation, il serait préférable de rédiger un rapport des opéra-

tions effectuées.

• 

Il est interdit de laisser la machine en marche sans la présence et la surveil-

lance d'un opérateur qualifié. Simonelli Group n'est pas responsable des dom-

mages causés par le non-respect de cette interdiction.

• 

Au moment où il ajoute du café l'opérateur ne doit pas introduire ses mains à 

l'intérieur du récipient.

• 

Lors de l’utilisation du bec à vapeur, ne jamais exposer les mains à la vapeur. 

Ne jamais toucher le bec tout de suite après son utilisation.

• 

Pour les opérations de nettoyage, suivre exclusivement les instructions de ce livret. 

• 

Lorsque le lavage de la machine a commencé, ne l'arrêtez pas, des résidus de 

produit nettoyant peuvent restés à l'intérieur du groupe de distribution.

• 

En cas de panne ou de mauvais fonctionnement de l’appareil, éteignez-le. Il 

est strictement interdit d’intervenir. Adressez-vous uniquement au personnel 

qualifié. La réparation éventuelle des produits ne devra être effectuée que par

l'interrupteur principal. Il est absolument interdit d'éteindre le feu avec de
