NAIL / STAPLER GUN -
RECOMMENDED OPERATING PRESSURE: 6 BAR
For nailing/stapling wood, laths etc..
If not used correctly and without suitable maintenance, the
nail/stapler gun can cause serious injury or death.
Prior to maintenance, lubrication, loading of nails/staples or
removal of jammed nails/staples, always make sure that you

2.1 - TIPS FOR USING THE NAIL / STAPLER GUN
1) Before using the nail/stapler gun for the first time and after each
use, lubricate air inlet E of the nail/stapler gun (fig. 2)
2) Check that protector A of the nail/stapler gun is working correctly.
Check by hand that is free to move to-and-from without any
obstruction (fig. 3)
Never load the nail/staple cartridge without first of all checking
that protector A is working correctly.
Never connect the nail/stapler gun to the compressor without
first of all checking correct functioning of protector A.

connection of button D. Make sure that the cartridge is securely
fastened (fig. 8)
8) Connect the nail/stapler gun to the compressor as explained in
chapter 1 «COMPRESSOR-ACCESSORY CONNECTION»
9) Adjust working pressure to the value indicated for this accessory
10) The nail/stapler gun is now ready for use. Before proceeding with
the actual work, it is advisable to practice on a test piece in order to
check penetration of the nails/staples: use a piece of reject wood of
a thickness exceeding the length of the nails/staples. Rest point A of
the nail/stapler gun against the surface of the wood and press trigger
B. If the nail/staple does not penetrate to the depth required, set the
air pressure to a higher value
WITHOUT HOWEVER EXCEEDING
THE VALUE INDICATED IN THIS MANUAL
(fig. 11)
2.2 - MAINTENANCE
Before each use, lubricate air inlet D of the nail/stapler gun (fig. 2).
If a nail/staple remains jammed inside the nail/stapler gun, comply
scrupulously
with the procedure indicated:
1) Switch off the compressor
2) Disconnect the nail/stapler gun from the compressor
