7. Remove gearbox from U-Trough.

8. Check the level when the oil is cold by removing the cap
from the reservoir.

9. Use an a SAE food grade gear oil (FMO-90-AW) for all
operating conditions.
10. Fill the reservoir so that oil reaches the bottom of the
threads.
11. Rotate the auger flighting to remove any air inside the
gearbox.
12. Recheck oil level and add as necessary.
13. After filling, close and secure the cap.
14. Using steps 2-7, reassemble gearbox to U-Trough in
reverse disassembly order
