Changing the display setup
The 961 offers several different options for display setup. To
access these options, press the
STAR
key until you reach the
SETUP MENU
screen, then press the
DISPLAY SETUP
key.
Display setup screen
At the
DISPLAY SETUP
screen, you can view or edit any of the
following options:
•
time zone
•
time format
•
cross-track error (XTE) scale
•
distance and speed units
•
height units for a tide graph’s tides
•
maximum number of saved waypoints
You can also press the
SECURITY
key to enter a user-defined
password for your system.
Each of these options is described in detail below.
