Figure 27 – Cable Configurations: C10A, C10B, C1, C4 and C11
7.
Connect the 2-pin Shroud (black end, “Bypass Shroud”) on
C11
to the 2-pin
Tower on
C10 B
.
NOTE: It may be easier installing the cables first, while installing the
grommet (M15) later.
8.
Route
C1
through the grommet. Then route the valve extension cable (
Item C4
)
unpinned end through the grommet as well.
NOTE: The valve extension cable (
C4
) is packaged with one GP end not
installed. This is normal; it helps installations for these sprayer
types. Pin this connector on (connector included) as per drawing
in Section 5.4. TAKE EXTRA CARE! These pins require a special
tool to remove them if you make an error!
9.
Connect 6-pin Shroud on
C4
to the mating 6-pin Tower on
C10 B
.
10.
Disconnect
C10 A
from
C10 B
at the 4-pin Sense Line connectors (
Figure 27
).
11.
Find the Spra Coupe joystick wiring harness located in the driver’s seat right-
hand armrest. It will have four grey 24-pin square Deutsch connectors.
Disconnect these connectors from each other, carefully noting their “mates”.
NOTE: Write down the wire colors and which connectors lead up to the
joystick before disconnecting.
