Troubleshooting

This appendix lists problems you might encounter with an IP100 Series 
NAP, potential causes for these problems, and possible solutions. 

The last section of this appendix provides information about using the 

tcpdump

 program in troubleshooting.

The material is organized in terms of broad problem areas, with specific 
problems (and categories of problems) listed within each area. Often there 
is more than one possible cause and solution for a problem. Sometimes 
you may need to contact Nokia Customer Support. For information on
