Instructions Manual
SAFETY IN THE PREPARATION
Read carefully all the content in this
manual before you couple the machine
to the tractor.
After the tractor coupling, be sure the
machine is appropriately coupled to the
tractor, and the coupling pin is properly
locked.
Before you initiate the operation, perform
a machine general check-up, observing
if there are no loose bolts, worn parts,
cracks, leaking, loose chains etc. Make
sure to always make necessary repairs,
paying attention to this manual’s
instructions.
When you uncouple the
machine from the tractor,
choose a flat surface, in
order to ease the procedure
and the follow coupling.
Make sure the machine is
stationary and, if necessary,
add shims to the wheels.
Be especially careful when
you couple and uncouple
the machine to the tractor.
Observe if the coupling pins
are securely locked. Always
make use of counter pins
to avoid that pins loosen
accidentally.
Fix the edges from the cardan
shaft protection shields in
fixed points of the tractor
and the implement, through
specific chains for this
purpose, so that they remain
static, without rotating.
Never use the cardans
without their protection
shields.
Never turn on the machine if
the cardan shaft is without
its protection shield. Contact
with the rotating cardan
shaft might result in a serious
accident.
The Instructions Manual must be kept in
an accessible place to all operators and
maintenance staff.
Adaptations or use of non-original parts
compromise the functioning and shorten
the machine service life, as well as putting
the operator at risk and result in loss of
warranty.
Keep a first-aid kit at hand (and be sure
you know how to use it in case there is
an accident).
Observe and pay attention to all the
safety recommendations in this manual.
Lack of attention during the operation
might result in a serious accident.
