MAINTENANCE
After the first twenty-five hours of work it is advisable to execute a general
retightening of the set screws and bolts.
MANUAL ACTIVATION
When executing some adjustments described in this manual, you will be reques
-
ted to turn the handwheel manually, so that a determined part is appropriately
positioned. Whenever you are requested to TURN THE HANDWHEEL, proceed
as described below:
Wit the power socket and the tractor engine disconnected:
1- Loosen the three fasteners B.
2- Remove the cover C.
3- Turn the handwheel manually, in the direction of the arrow.
NOTE: Only turn the handwheel in the direction of the arrow.

Turn off the PTO and remove the ignition key of the
tractor, before making adjustments, settings, lubrication
or maintenance on the machine.
Keep the maintenance area clean. Wet or oily floors are
slippery and can be dangerous.
Always park the machine on a level surface and chock
the wheels.
When replacing screws and bolts, always use the same
specification of the original.
Before starting the machine again, replace all protections.
The use of parts or non-original factory accessories may
cause accidents, damage the equipment and affect its
operation, as well as involve the loss of warranty provided.
The periodic maintenance performed adequately, is the most effective way to
ensure maximum efficiency and durability for its baler.
