When we say stop production, in
reality this means switch to 0%. Chlorine
production stops but the device stays
switched on.
Reminder, if servocontrol with a Stéredox –
measurement of the oxydo-reduction
potential:
To have a correct Redox measurement, the
pH must be regulated and the level of
stabiliser must be below 25 ppm (the ideal
level being 15 ppm).
For this, the STERILOR analyser-
regulator contact must be connected to the
connection ("servocontrol") provided on
standby on the left side of the device.
Activation of the Chlorine Regulation mode:
Press on the + and – keys at the same time
until the cover screen area switches off, the
chlorine measurement servocontrol mode is
activated:
When the chlorine analysis (redox or
other) is below the threshold configured, the
Electrolyser will be used, and the electrolyser's
production changes from zero to the
percentage set.
Warning, the production percentage must be
boosted in relation to the normal percentage
because the operation is no longer
continuous but regulated.
When the value measured is above the
regulation threshold, the box stops the
electrolyser's production, switches to 0%
without switching off the electrolyser, the
display therefore remains active and the pH
regulation part is active.
A regulation module inside the electrolyser
means that there may be a delay in time
between the signal emitted by the chlorine
regulation and the electrolyser's start (or
stop) of production. Offset of 0 to 2 minutes
Measurement < Regulation threshold
If STÉREDOX "Regulation" LED is flashing
% Electrolyser Production = change from 0%
to the set percentage
Measurement ≥ Regulation threshold
If STÉREDOX "Regulation" LED is off.
% Electrolyser Production = switch to 0%,
DEVICE REMAINS SWITCHED ON
D0rP DIAGNOSIS appears
Held down
