5.2.1 Direct assembly on the saddle tee
Reminder: this direct assembly facilitates
the installation but risks reducing the life of
the sensor, therefore the optional bypass
assembly kit is strongly recommended.
Fix the saddle tee to the pipe as per the
diagram below. It must be installed to allow
assembly perpendicular to the sensor pipe
and connection towards the top.
Assemble the specific sensor adaptation
connector on to the saddle tee, then insert
the sensor into the saddle tee after
removing its protective cover.
The cover must be kept for future
winterisation of the sensor.
5.2.2 Optional bypass assembly kit
This kit includes the following supplies that
are assembled without gluing:
a passage chamber, this passage chamber
reduces the flow of water on the pH
electrode and therefore guarantees the
stability of the measurement and increases
the life of the electrode under normal
conditions of use.
a double chamber fastening saddle tee
to fasten the chamber onto a pipe located
close by or by directly attaching the Ø25
saddle tee to a wall before installing the
chamber.
2 Ø50 and Ø 63 saddle tees for
adaptation to all pipes. These saddle tees
allow the water to enter and exit the
chamber.
a Y-shaped screen filter to be installed on
the chamber inlet. It stops all impurities
that may clog the flexible tubes and is very
easy to clean (dismantle the sieve located in
the Y-section, rinse, reassemble, no
consumables).
Two isolation valves. These valves make
the calibration phases much easier, as the
circulation pump does not need to be
stopped. They also isolate the system in the
event of diatomite recharges.
Ø 4x6 mm flexible tubes ensuring the
flow of water into the chamber.
Flexible tube adapters on standby ½"
connection.
Be careful not to confuse these
adapters with the product injector. To tell
them apart when they are not assembled,
you can see through these adapters,
whereas you cannot see through the
injector because it has a check valve.
Adapter Injector
Using the check valve will prevent
the water from flowing into the passage
chamber.
