4.3.5. Changing blades.
Fragmentation and heating of the material is made by the blades. For that reason, to keep
maximum efficiency of the machine, it is important to pay extra attention to the condition of
the blades. Change them every 200 cycles.

Dismount the blade support from the machine, and place it in strong vise.

Use an N°8 Allen key and a N°17 wrench to unscrew all 12 bolts. The bolts are
locked by nuts placed on the bottom side of blade support.

Clean contact surfaces of the blade support and blades.

Change used bolts with new ones.

Place new blades and tighten the screw.
Warning. Parts installed inside the cell have sharp edges. Always use protecting
gloves when You work.
4.3.6. Replacing the short temperature sensor.
The short temperature sensor (called hereafter short sensor) is responsible for the
temperature monitoring signal which is transmitted to the PLC and printer, to control the
cycle.
The machine is designed in a way to protect short sensor. But it can happen, that replacing
will be needed. To do it, follow next procedure.

Switch off the machine and take off the panels.

Disconnect the two wires connected to the short sensor. (Fig. 64).

With a N° 7 and a N° 17 wrench, release locking (Fig. 65), it is not needed to
unscrew it completely, it is enough to looseen it.

With a N° 7 wrench unscrew the short sensor (Fig. 66).

Place a new sensor, make sure that it is completly screwed in place.

Lock the sized 10 nut with a N° 17 wrench holding the short sensor with a N° 7
wrench.

Connect wires to the sensor.The order of connection is not important.
