Warning! Before starting any maintenance or cleaning service the engineer
must be wearing the protective clothing, goggles and gloves.
Warning! Before starting any type of service on the machine affix a sign on
the machine indicating:
MACHINE MAINTENANCE
DO NOT ADD MATERIAL
Warning! The mechanical instruments inside the cell are very sharp, therefore
always use protective gloves.
Before the re-starting operation of the machine, check entire system in accordance to the
start up program. After every service carry out a few trial cycles thus verifying the correct
function of the machine.
If these safety precautions are not followed severe harm may be caused to personnel.
Before any work:

Check that the correct label is on the machine.

Check that the water tap of the machine is open.

Check the water discharge tube of the machine.

Check if any tools were left inside the machine.
Any intervention to the sterilizer by person or persons not qualified or not
authorized by producer or distributor void the guarantee.
Use original spare parts or parts approved by producer or distributor.
4.3.
Replacing consumable material
This paragraph will examine the material that the operator needs to replace. For maintenance
interventions that are not treated in this manual please contact your after sales service.
Any intervention made on the sterilizer by unqualified or unauthorised
personnel will make any warranty made on the sale of the machine void.
4.3.1. List and duration of consumable parts
In the following tables you will find the stimated duration of consumable parts.
Due to a stronger use of the machine it is possible a shorter duration of the
parts. Please check, at the end of each work session, the consumption of the
consumable parts.
