Per ottenere un buon processo di congelamento è indispensabile inserire il
pulsante di rapida (5) almeno 3 ore prima di introdurre i cibi.
La funzione di rapida si disattiva automaticamente quando la tempera-
tura inferiore arriva a -24°.
Può comunque essere disinserita con il pulsante in un qualsiasi momento.
Se la temperatura ambiente è molto elevata e dopo 24 ore la spia gialla è
ancora accesa disinserire manualmente la funzione di rapida per evitare
inutili sprechi di energia elettrica.
Dopo aver preparato i cibi da congelare in piccole porzioni (1 Kg max), avvol-
gerli adeguatamente in appositi fogli di politene e alluminio, sigillarli possibil-
mente a chiusura ermetica, annotare le date sugli stessi e riporli nel ripiano

evitare un’innalzamento di temperatura di quest’ultimi.
