To clean and disinfect cup electrodes, follow the electrode manufacturer’s instruction
manual.
To clean and disinfect the OAE probe, refer to the “OAE Probes OAE-02, OAE-03,
OAE-04 and aScreen Probe” guidelines, included in the delivery set.
The auditory transducer (headphones) is cleaned and disinfected according
to the transducer manufacturer’s instruction manual.

vibrator, bone conduction amplifier unit and
PSU-9
power supply unit please follow
the instructions below:
1. Switch off the device (disconnect USB cable or power supply) before cleaning.
2. For routine cleaning use a cloth gently wrung in Phenoles (Bacillotex® etc.)
or 70% alcohol, 0,5% chlorohexidine.
3. If any dangerous viruses or skin diseases are suspected, use Aldehydes
(Cidex® etc.) or chlorinates (Diversol BX®).
4. Remove disinfectant with a dry cloth.
4.5. Lifetime
The lifetime of the system is 5 years from the shipping date to a customer.
The manufacturer is obliged to provide technical support of the system during its
whole lifetime.
5. Current
Repair
5.1. General Requirements
The system repair requires special training of the technical staff, special equipment
and service software which you can get from the manufacturer or the representative
of the company. The repair connected with the opening of electronic units
is prohibited. The repair of computer equipment must be performed by special
services.
The current repair includes the repair of some component parts and cables.
The repair of connected component parts is prohibited.
During the current repair all units must be switched off.
