If two first steps don’t work, replace the OAE probe tip.

If the tip replacement doesn’t work, replace the OAE probe.
After the OAE probe replacement, save its specifications in the OAE Probe
Check window (Fig. 17). Press New and wait until the progress bar reaches
its end and the Done message appears (Fig. 19). The saving should be done
in complete silence. Do not touch the OAE probe cable and try to avoid
its casual vibrations.
