Place  the  sample  holder  plates  (round  or  square)  into  the  sample  tray  and  insert  the 
samples (round or square, as shown in Figure 6 and Figure 7) with corresponding mask. 
The sample tray can also be moved (removed or installed) by means of the extractor tool.
