The soldering iron must not be disassembled. There is a risk of
electric shock or burns.

It is forbidden to use a soldering iron with a damaged or worn (burnt)
tip - there is a risk of splashing of the molten binder.
•
Do not run the soldering iron with the tip unscrewed.
•
Protect the power cord from contact with the hot tip and casing of
the soldering iron, such contact may damage the cable insulation
and, consequently, cause an electric shock.
•
Disconnect the plug from the power source and / or the battery from
the power tool before making any adjustments, changing
accessories, or storing power tools. Such preventive safety
measures reduce the risk of starting the power tool accidentally.

The tool is designed to work under voltage of 230V.
•
The use of any accessories or additional tools other than those
recommended in this manual may result in an increased risk of
injury. Use only original spare parts.

Use the soldering iron, accessories, tips, etc. in accordance with this
manual and in the manner prescribed for the type of power tool,
taking into account the working conditions and the work to be
performed. Using the power tool for activities other than those for
which it is intended may result in a dangerous situation.
WARNING
Elements for lifting loads cannot be joined by soldering.
Live electrical installations or circuits requiring ESD protection must not be
soldered.
It is recommended to perform several soldering tests on unnecessary
pieces of brazed material. The ability to use a soldering iron is acquired
with practice.
ATTENTION
Carry out all inspections and repairs after disconnecting the soldering iron
from the power supply. Inspections and repairs should be performed at
the supplier's service or at a service authorized by the supplier.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
After connecting the soldering iron to the mains, using the button in the
handle, we start the process of heating the tip, it takes 3 to 6 seconds.
During this time, the tip heats up to the melting point of the solder. Also,
while the tip is warming up, the light is on and the work area is illuminated
during the work. When using the soldering iron for the first time, it is
recommended to completely (fully) cover the tip of the tip with tin for easier
use. After heating the tip of the tip to connect the two elements, touch the
tip to the solder point and put the tin wire with the flux.
The transformer soldering iron should be operated in cycles of 12
seconds, every 48 seconds.
The replaceable part in the soldering iron is the tip and the bulb. In order
to replace the tip, disconnect the cord from the power socket, wait until the
tip cools down completely (do not cool it in water) and unscrew the screws
securing the tip. Replace the tip and tighten the screws to secure it.
The bulb is replaced when it is damaged. Before replacing, disconnect the
cord from the power socket. The replacement consists in twisting it out and
replacing it with a new one.
TEMPERATURE ADJUSTMENT
The soldering iron provides three adjustable temperature levels / degrees
which allow the user to adjust the temperature at the solder tip using the
adjustment knob (Fig. B). .
The temperature settings below are recommendations only. Always start
an operation with the gun temperature at the lowest level and increase the
temperature as needed.
The control knob indicates:
A: Plastic Welding / Cutting;
B: Solder tin on printed circuit boards;
C: Applications require high temperature.
