Removing the Front Panel Speaker/Switch
Assembly
To remove the front panel speaker and switch assembly:
1.
Open the front door, see "Front View with Front Door Opened" in
Chapter 2.
2.
Power off the system and ensure it is disconnected from the ac wall outlet.
3.
Remove the left-side panel of the chassis, see "Removing a Side Panel"
earlier in this section.
4.
Tag and disconnect the front panel speaker (C), power switch (A), and reset
switch (E) cables from the system board connectors.
